35,000 and Seven. 35,000 is the number shaping my life. Seven is the the number that allows me to take back my life.

I have already decided: I will finish

2. Finishing Requires Cost
3. Finishing Requires Courage
4. Finishing Requires Focus
5. Finishing Requires a Faith Declaration
Ministry is not self-chosen—it is received.
The deacon’s role is rooted in Acts 6: men chosen to serve tables, care for needs, and protect unity. This is not a human invention; it is Christ’s design for His church.
I will be led by the Spirit, not by feelings.

I will chose discipline over regret.
When I am tired, tempted, or discouraged, I will finish.
I will focus on what matters most
I declare by faith: I will finish.
Finishing Requires a Clear Calling
•Paul said he was compelled by the Spirit (Acts 20:22–23).
How do you discern when the Spirit is leading you versus when feelings are driving you?
What is the “baton of service” God has placed in your hand right now?
Commitment and Finishing Well
•How does Paul’s declaration in Acts 20:24 (“my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me”) inspire you in your daily life or ministry?
•In what practical ways can you decide now to “finish” well, regardless of future trouble, fatigue, or disappointment?
Calling and Clarity
•Paul describes being “compelled by the Spirit” without knowing what awaits him. When have you sensed a call from God, even when the outcome wasn’t clear?
•Why is it important to commit and clearly define what you are called to do before pursuing it?
Systems, Decisions, and Endurance
•Craig Groeschel says, “You don’t rise to your goals. You fall to your systems. You fall to your decisions.” How do your daily systems or decisions support or hinder your ability to finish what you start?
•What “systems” (habits, routines, relationships) could help you persevere in faith and service?
Serving Others and Church Leadership
•The sermon highlights the biblical roots of the deacon’s role as servants who care for needs and protect unity (Acts 6). How can ordinary believers participate in Christ’s design for the church, even if they’re not deacons?
•How does receiving a ministry (rather than choosing one) change your approach to serving others?
