Some of us still keep old voicemails just to hear a father's voice say our name one more time. A father's words carry strange, magnetic weight — they can build a fortress of confidence or fracture a soul for decades. But before any earthly father, boss, ex, or failure ever spoke into your life, there was a first voice. In Genesis 1–2, we discover the original soundtrack: a Producer who speaks order out of chaos, a Pinnacle of creation made in His image, and a Partnership of blessing meant to be lived from — not earned. This Father's Day, we trace the story back to the first Father, the first family, and the first blessing.
